Terms of Service

About the SunoSaver Service

SunoSaver is an independent utility available at sunosaver.com. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Suno. Suno and related names and marks belong to their respective owners.

You may use SunoSaver only for songs and source information that you created, own, or are authorized to access and use. Saving, organizing, converting, or adding metadata does not transfer ownership or grant commercial-use rights. You remain responsible for the applicable platform terms, licenses, and laws.

SunoSaver can provide only files and information made available by an accessible source. It does not promise access to private, deleted, restricted, or expired material, and it cannot create genuinely lossless audio when the source supplies only a compressed file.

Never submit a Suno password, session cookie, access token, or other account credential to SunoSaver. The service is designed to work from an accessible song or playlist link.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SunoSaver, operated by SunoSaver and its operator ("SunoSaver," "we," "us," or "our"), at https://sunosaver.com/ (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

SunoSaver is an independent web tool designed to help users review supported, accessible source pages and organize available music files and related information for their own projects and libraries.

SunoSaver is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Suno, Inc. We do not represent any third-party platform, and use of third-party services remains subject to their own terms, policies, and rules.

2. Eligibility and Your Responsibilities

You may use the Service only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law and comply with these Terms.

You are solely responsible for the links, files, and content you submit or process. You represent and warrant that you:

  • Created the content, own it, or have all permissions necessary to use it with the Service.
  • Will comply with applicable copyright, contract, privacy, and platform rules.
  • Will not use the Service to infringe intellectual-property rights or other rights of any person or organization.
  • Understand that public availability of a link does not automatically create a right to download, reuse, redistribute, or monetize its contents.

3. Permitted Use

You may use SunoSaver only for lawful personal, professional, or internal project purposes involving content you are authorized to use.

  • Upload malware, harmful code, or content that infringes or violates the rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

5. Availability and Service Changes

We may modify, pause, limit, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Availability may depend on source-page accessibility, technical limitations, file formats, network conditions, and third-party changes.

We do not guarantee that any link, file, metadata field, export option, or feature will always be available, accurate, complete, or compatible.

SunoSaver and its software, design, trademarks, and original content are owned by SunoSaver and its operator or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You grant us a limited permission to process that content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Content and Links

The Service may interact with or display information from third-party websites. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for third-party content, availability, policies, or actions. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and governed by their applicable terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUNOSAVER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

We do not guarantee the legality, accuracy, quality, availability, ownership, or permitted use of any third-party content.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUNOSAVER, ITS OPERATOR AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SunoSaver and its operator and its affiliates, directors, employees, and suppliers from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, created risk for us or others, or if required by law.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing-law provisions.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date means that you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
